If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistic reasons, we will always send a new package before arranging a refund. If the order has not been received 30 days after shipment, the order can be refunded.

Required Track & Trace for Returns
Please make sure that your return shipment is always provided with a track and trace code. Returns without tracking are at the sender's risk and we cannot process refunds for lost returns without proof of postage.

Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this time, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, send an email directly to info@talaine.nl .
Wrong Item or Wrong Size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us and we will send you the correct item free of charge.
Lost Package
If your package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistic reasons, we will send a replacement package. Orders not received within 30 days of shipment are eligible for a refund.
