How does it work?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via info@talaine.nl . State the reason for return and add, if necessary, clear photos of the product. You will receive a return form and the Dutch return address from us.

Terms and Conditions

• The product must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition

• Labels and tags must still be attached

• The original packaging and any accessories must be returned.

• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as lingerie or earrings) are clearly indicated on the product page

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without a fully completed returns form.

Return Shipping Costs
The costs for returning are for the customer. We advise you to always use a shipping method with track & trace . Send your track & trace information after shipping to info@talaine.nl , so that we can track your return.

Refund
Once we have received and checked your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days . You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
