1. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order amount.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Processing Time : Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require additional processing time.
- Delivery Time : Once your order has been processed, delivery takes an average of 4-11 business days.
3. Will I receive a tracking code for my order?
Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal tracking code by email. This allows you to track your package via our shipping partner. More information can be found on our Track & Trace page.
4. Can I have my order shipped the same day?
For same day shipping requests, please contact our customer service by phone. Our service team will be happy to help you make the right choice.
5. What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If your product is damaged during transport, we will deliver a new package free of charge the first time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. If it also goes wrong the second time, we will refund the full purchase price.
6. How can I place an order on your website?
- Add to Cart : Go to the desired product page and click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Proceed to Checkout : Verify that you have selected the correct variants and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Enter your details : Enter the correct address details on the information page and click on "Continue to shipping."
- Check Shipping Details : Confirm your address details and note that every shipment is shipped completely free. Click "Proceed to payment."
- Select payment method : Choose from several payment methods, all SSL encrypted for secure transactions.
- Complete Order : After selecting the payment method, click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

8. What should I do if my package is lost?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistic reasons, we will always send a new package before arranging a refund. If the order has not been received 30 days after shipment, the order can be refunded.
